2.) We will send you a message to confirm receipt. We do not accept deposits to be on our waitlist.
3.) Once puppies arrive you will be notified in order of applications received with the exception of pick of litter male/female.
4.) Upon notification you’ll have 24 hours to confirm receipt, execute the electronic contract issued, and place your deposit. Official puppy selections begins at 5 weeks of age. Please download the Good Dog app and turn notifications on within the app settings to ensure you receive notifications when we message you.

If you would like to purchase a puppy but need a payment plan, we are here to help you. Complete an application, in the daily routine section indicate a payment plan is needed.
REFUNDS
We do not issue refunds but any funds paid can be transferred to a future puppy.
ANOTHER BREEDER/PERSON WAS SELLING GSD PUPPIES CHEAPER?
You can always find something cheaper. But you will not be getting the quality, DNA testing, training, and pedigree you get here. We’ve had too many instances where someone comes to us seeking a puppy. But found it cheaper elsewhere only to find out no health testing was done, they didn’t receive registration documents, the sire/dam listed was wrong on their AKC docs, vet records are forged, and they’ve essentially purchased a bad quality or mixed breed puppy. In the end spending more to vet a sick puppy and are now heartbroken.
